How to Request Deletion

HealthFront is an invitation-only platform. To request deletion of your account and associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Email Support

Send an email to support@ushealthfront.com with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Work email address used for your HealthFront account
  • Organization name
  • Request type (delete account / delete organization / delete specific data)

Option 2: Organization Admin

If you are a member of an organization, you can ask your organization admin to submit a deletion request on your behalf. Organization admins and super admins can process account deletions through internal administrative processes.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our active systems:

  • User account record
  • Organization membership
  • Uploaded documents and associated derived artifacts (embeddings, indexes) tied to that user or organization
  • Any saved prompts, notes, or settings tied to the user

What May Be Retained

For legitimate business and legal reasons, the following data may be retained:

  • Billing and transaction records (if applicable) for legal and accounting compliance
  • Security and audit logs (minimal) for fraud prevention and security purposes
  • Backups: Data is deleted from active systems immediately upon request. Backups are retained for up to 30 days, then automatically purged.

Timeframe

We typically complete account deletion requests within 7 business days of receiving a valid request with all required information.
